Het geheim van ons succes
In 1997 openden John en Geert Garlic Queen, het eerste knoflookrestaurant van Nederland. Sindsdien is Garlic Queen een begrip in de Reguliersdwarsstraat. Bezoekers komen voor Geerts bijzondere kookkunsten en Johns gastvrijheid. Hun geheim? Constante kwaliteit! In 2025 werd Garlic Queen omgedoopt tot Queen’s Bistrot omdat we voortaan ook meer toegankelijke gerechten aanbieden. Uiteraard blijven onze befaamde knoflookgerechten gewoon beschikbaaar!

Onze filosofie
Op zoek naar een onvergetelijke ervaring? Kom dineren bij Queen’s Bistrot! Een restaurant met een koninklijk tintje in hartje Amsterdam. Alle gerechten op de kaart worden met veel liefde en grote zorgvuldigheid bereid. We blijven ook bekend om onze beroemde knoflooksoep en de exclusieve knoflooklikeur. Uiteraard is bij Queen’s Bistrot iedereen welkom, of je nou wel of niet van knoflook houdt! De chef maakt de gerechten net zoals jij het wilt.

A unique experience. The garlic is not over wellming. The garlic beer was good, dark with a slight hint of garlic. The food was delicious, I had the catch of the day and my wife had spaghetti, which she didn't share, so it must have been delicious.

Very fun themed bar/restaurant, hubby really liked the setting. Delicious cocktails and delicious food, the music is also unreal, the service was very pleasant. Team cocktails are a great choice if you want to sit longer, because they are tasty and worth the price. 🙂 It's a bit of a shame that they don't show F1 as an automaniac bar, but it's a matter of taste. 🙂

This place is absolutely wonderful!
Excellent food and service.
We had Zamburiñas first (cannot go wrong with those; a Galician delicacy worth every cent) and then shared the Chuletón de vaca and a salad. 1-2-3, excellent. And to top it all off, we ordered one cheesecake that was so friggin good, we had to order another one! (and we are NOT sweet toothed)
Come to Galicia for its nature, its history, its people (adorable people!) and most of all, its FOOD!
